I am a psychologist and I received a university degree at SWPS in Warsaw. My great passion which I feel deeply in my heart is Bioenergetics of Dr. Alexander Lowen. My fascination with this method started while I was studying psychology. I learned about Bioenergetics from wonderfully written books by Dr. A. Lowen and by doing bioenergetic exercises. These books and exercises fed my soul and body. Words which charmed me in books, changed into dreams of connection body and mind in my work.
I cooperate with International Institute of Bioenergetic Analysis in Zurych, North German Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis and The Alexander Lowen Foundation in Florida US.
My true adventure with Bioenergetics started when I was in Costa Rica on the workshop of Body Work organised and led by The Alexander Lowen Foundation from Florida US. The energy released at the workshop in Costa Rica, caused that I decided to develop Bioenergetics in Poland cooperating with The Alexander Lowen Foundation in Florida US and The International Institute of Bioenergetic Analysis in Zurych.
