- Bioenergetic Workshops- led by foreign specialists trained by Dr. Al. Lowen for many years from The Alexander Lowen Foundation in Florida US and The International Institute of Bioenergetic Analysis in Zurich,
- Trainings of personal development.
I conduct:
- Counselling - I work with individuals to help them to find the methods of coping with certain situations, choices, increasing the motivation on personal development, to help them bring about successful change and foster positive development in their environment. I work with individuals persistently guiding them to free and maximise their talents and energy,
- Bioenergetic exercises.
In my work I follow the standards of professional ethics . I assure my patients the best help I can offer, I am in constant process of learning and developing myself. The session lasts 50 min, Please call me before the first meeting.. The frequency of sessions is fixed individually. I work also in English.
